As soon as I started thinking about baby girl’s room I knew I wanted to put in a hanging chair. There are two types, ceiling hung or with a stand. I was specifically looking for ceiling hung because the stand takes up too much space. Here are a few that caught my eye.
Pier 1
This doesn’t fit the style and color for her room but I love it so much. It’s gorgeous and the price is pretty nice too. I’m trying to find a place for this in the living room.
Serena and Lily
Next up is my #1 contender. I’m torn between the rattan and the white. The size is right and she can definitely grow into this one. Not sure if this is a plus or a negative but I’ve seen this one in a lot of spaces.

Hello lovey! It looks like it might be too big for the room but it also looks super cozy and comfortable. You can also buy a cushion for it which is a bonus. It’s my second choice only because I’m not sure about the size.
Pier 1 (again!)
I like how delicate this looks but that same delicate nature has me concerned for my energetic little one. It’s so open. Baby girl might fall right through.
Anthropologie
Another dreamy delicate choice but I don’t think it looks sturdy enough. Additionally, keeping it clean with sticky fingers around is not a challenge I’m trying to accept.
